Know where your freight is.
SecreTag pairs a disposable GPS tag with cargo insurance, so a shipment can report where it is from pickup to delivery, and the freight is covered if it goes missing.
Who we are
SecreTag is a product of ShipperSecrets LLC, a company based in Naperville, Illinois. Our tagline says what we believe: knowing is more than half the battle.
Why SecreTag exists
When freight goes missing, the shipper is often left with a carrier scan that stops partway and a claim to argue over. A tag that rides inside the shipment reports its own location, so you can see the trip as it happens instead of piecing it together afterward.
Tracking alone does not make a lost shipment whole, so SecreTag pairs every tag with cargo insurance. If the freight is lost, the tag's record shows where it went, and the cargo is insured.
